Matt Stier leads the Partnership for Public Service, a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization dedicated to revitalizing the federal government by strengthening the civil service and improving the way government works. He has spent more than two decades working at the intersection of public policy, management, and innovation, previously holding leadership roles in both government and the nonprofit sector. His work has focused on building effective institutions, cultivating public sector leadership, and fostering trust in government.
