    Understanding Our New World - A Conversation with Dame Louise Richardson

    Dame Louise Richardson, President of Carnegie Corporation of New York and former vice-chancellor at the University of St. Andrews and the University of Oxford, will join the Paul Simon Public Policy Institute on Wednesday, July 17th at 10:00 a.m. for a virtual conversation as part of the Understanding Our New World series.

    She will discuss the transformative power of education and the opportunities and responsibilities confronting philanthropy.

    Ms. Richardson, a native of Ireland, was the first woman to lead the University of St. Andrews, the first woman to oversee Oxford University, and the first woman president of the Carnegie Corporation of New York. The Carnegie Corporation is one of the world’s most respected philanthropic organizations.
