Jen Daulby: From SIU Law to Capitol Hill

Jen Daulby, CEO of the Congressional Management Foundation and alumna of the SIU School of Law, will join the Paul Simon Public Policy Institute on Monday, November 10, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. CT in Ballroom B of the SIU Student Center.

Daulby will discuss her leadership at the Congressional Management Foundation and the organization’s work to strengthen the relationship between citizens and Congress. She will share insights from her career in government affairs, legislative operations, and leadership, as well as strategies for fostering more effective and transparent governance.

Before joining the Congressional Management Foundation, Daulby served as Chief of Staff to a member of Congress and held senior leadership roles in both the public and private sectors. She has extensive experience in legislative strategy, constituent engagement, and organizational management, and is a recognized voice on improving the effectiveness of democratic institutions.

A reception will precede the event from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Daulby’s lecture will begin at 6:00 p.m. in Ballroom B.
