Join the Institute for an engaging conversation with Illinois State Representative Ryan Spain on Wednesday, November 5 at 5 p.m. in the John and Nancy Jackson Lobby of the Paul Simon Public Policy Institute (Forestry Building).

Elected to the Illinois House of Representatives in 2017, Spain represents the 73rd District in Central Illinois. He serves as the House Republican Floor Leader and has been an advocate for fiscal responsibility, economic development, and strengthening Illinois communities.

Before joining the legislature, Spain worked in health care administration and has been active in civic and community organizations throughout the Peoria area.
